INFORMATION REGARDING OTH KIDS

Lord of Hosts Church Promise Kids Ministry is thrilled to have the opportunity to minister to your child during this year’s Opening the Heavens Conference! For your convenience, the OTH Kids ministry will be onsite at the Mid-America Center in a separate part of the building not far from the main arena.

Your kids are invited to the ultimate pep rally at OTH Kids VICTORY! The Bible is filled with examples of God’s people shouting and cheering in response to His mighty acts of power. At this year’s OTH Kids, children will be encouraged to remember who God is, what He has done, and what He promises to do!

This year we have a new theme every night and Sunday morning during OTH Kids! We encourage everyone to dress up based on that day’s theme as we celebrate our victories in Jesus!

KEY ITEMS REGARDING OTH KIDS

OTH Kids will be available for children ages 6 to 12 years old. Due to safety guidelines and concerns, we are not able to receive children younger than 6 years old.

We will not be serving snacks so please make sure your child has eaten breakfast, lunch, or dinner prior to dropping them off.

With 100+ children, for simplicity’s sake, if your child is attending OTH Kids you are granting permission for photos/videos of your child to be taken and used by Lord of Hosts Church and/or One Voice Ministries.

OTH Kids will be closed during the Partner Luncheon on Saturday, September 16th from 11:30am – 1pm.

OTH Kids opens 30 minutes prior to each service and 30 minutes after each service. Please plan to pick up your children immediately following the services.

In order to ensure we are able to effectively minister to and care for your child’s needs, we ask that you register your children for this event.

Will I be able to view the event online if I can't attend in person?

Yes, all sessions for the event will be livestreamed! Here are the ways to watch: Watch at onevoicetv.net, lohchurch.org/watch, or via Facebook Live, YouTube, Roku, or Amazon Fire
Do I need to register to watch online?

Registration is only needed to attend in person. Registration is not required to view OTH services online.
Is there a fee for registration to attend in person?

Registration for this event is FREE!
Are kids allowed to go to the event since it will be held in the arena?

Individuals who are 12 years of age or older will be eligible for seating in the arena for all sessions. Individuals ages 6 to 12 are welcome to be a part of OTH Kids! You can register your child for OTH Kids in the link below: https://www.openingtheheavens.org/childcare
What if I have kids younger than age 12?

Since the conference is taking place in an arena we do not have the necessary accommodations to provide childcare for infants to preschool-aged children. Where is the Mid-America Center located?

I was in the middle of registering, but didn't get to the end. Do I need to do it again?

Yes, to be on the safe side, please register again. Be sure to click the “Complete Conference Registration” button at the bottom of the registration page when finished.
Are there room blocks for hotels close to the Mid-America Center?

Yes. You can find this information by clicking the "Hotels" tab at the top of the webpage.

As long as you were able to click through the “Complete Conference Registration” button at the bottom of the registration page when you first registered, we will have your information accounted for in our database.
